Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ali Specials account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
